We do our very best to provide accurate and helpful guidance. However, final decisions about coverage, claims, and benefits are made by the insurance carriers, not by us.
6. Ending our services
If at any time you no longer wish to work with us, just let us know. Likewise, we reserve the right to stop providing services if someone misuses our help.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You can cancel SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP. Once you reply STOP to us, we will send a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
